At Polar Insulation, we are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Office Manager to assist with a variety of inner office needs.

The position of Office Manager is a new addition to our team and will be critical to our continued growth and success.  This position will lead Human Resources, Marketing, Employee Relations, Client Relations and overall company advancement efforts.  This position will offer significant freedom to design, implement and execute strategies to enable and sustain high-quality company efforts.

Polar Insulation is dedicated to excellence in everything we do, thus we will provide the Office Manager with all necessary resources applicable to ensuring a happy and successful operation.

Typical Work Week: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

Daily Duties (As a broad example, not specific nor exclusive):

Human Resources:

  1. New hire paperwork

  2. Fill out and address company information requests (insurance, contractor, etc)

  3. Employee HR Needs

Marketing:

  1. Establish, maintain, refresh social media accounts with frequent content updates

  2. Maintain direct mail marketing efforts

  3. Establish digital marketing efforts

  4. Establish, implement and lead Referral Program

  5. Track and maintain stock of company branded clothing for employees

Employee Relations:

  1. Assist with attracting new applicants through market research and trial and error

  2. Assist with employee appreciation efforts (track birthdays, hire anniversaries, holiday parties, etc)

  3. Assist with ensuring a safe and happy working environment for all.

Client Relations:

  1. Invoicing projects

  2. Answer/direct incoming calls

  3. Follow-up phone calls for all projects to ensure company standards are being met in field

  4. Contractor appreciation

  5. Thank you cards to all clients

  6. Seek and promote online review
